We take our relationship with our customers seriously. We pride ourselves in our customer service and will work around the clock to provide it. We will respond to your e-mail inquiries within 24 hours of receipt. While we do everything that we can to minimize disappointment, we request that you attempt to resolve any problems by contacting us. We assure you that issues are usually a misunderstanding and with a little patience they can easily be resolved.
Business Policies:
A. No tax is charged on out of state shipments.
B. New York residents will be charged 8%.
C. No item will be shipped until payment has been received.
D. We accept payment via any of the following methods:
Credit card payment through PayPal (US confirmed addresses only)
Personal check, money order or cashier check(item will only be shipped after the check clears)
Layaway is available on all items over $500 with the following conditions:
A security deposit equalling 50% of total cost must be received.
Maximum length of layaway is 3 months.
No minimum installment amount.
All payment must be made by personal check, cashier check or money order only.
If full payment is not made after 3 full months, initial deposit of 50% is non-refundable.
Layaway items are non-refundable. Only store credit.
